Every Estrelify item is custom-made to order, so your total delivery time is made up of two parts: production time (making your item) plus shipping time (getting it to you).
Estimated delivery = Production time + Shipping time
1. Production Time
Once an order is placed and paid, it's sent into production, typically starting within minutes. Production time varies by product type:

Orders that include items from more than one category will ship together once the item with the longest production time is complete. Production time does not include our manufacturing partner's local public holidays, which may add extra time around those dates.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your item(s) and delivery address. Estimated shipping time (after production is complete) by destination and shipping method:

All timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by customs processing, weather, carrier delays, or other events outside our control.
3. International Orders
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after it's issued.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
- If tracking shows no update for 20 consecutive days, or your package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us at eestrelify@gmail.com and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
- Delays caused by customs, natural disasters, political unrest, military action, or other events beyond our control are not covered by this guarantee, though we'll do our best to help.
6. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address, though we will try to assist if the order has not yet entered production.
